Women’s Self Defense and Fitness

This program is designed specifically for women ages 15 years and above.  It focuses on personal  physical fitness along with introducing the individual to various Martial Arts and Self Defense techniques.  This program is for ADULTS ONLY and is designed to give the participants a fun and interactive experience.

This program is taught by various Taekwondo, Judo, Hapkido, Kendo, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts instructors from the Studio.  This combination of teaching methods keeps the program safe, interesting and diverse producing an ever changing fun and interactive program.
