The Student learns discipline and leadership skills along with breakfalls, throws, hold-downs and submissive techniques in this ancient Japanese martial art. Taught as an art form as well as a modern day sport. It is open to adult students 15 years and above

Also offered at the Studio is combined training in both Taekwondo and Judo. This program is for ADULTS ONLY and focuses on the practical applications of various Taekwondo and Judo techniques
